By accessing and using this website (hyperai.tracup.com) and purchasing our products and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective upon posting on the website. Your continued use of our services after the terms have been modified indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website and services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. We offer AI hardware products (including but not limited to Hyper AI Glasses and Hyper AI Note) as well as related software applications and cloud services. We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, and availability without prior notice. Some of our products may require subscription services or device plans to access all features, with details specified on the product pages.

4. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the product. All orders are subject to our acceptance and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability or out of stock
  • Errors in pricing or product descriptions

5. Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping times vary by destination and typically range from 7-21 business days after order confirmation. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Import taxes, duties, and other related charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that certain regions may be unavailable for shipping due to legal regulations or logistical restrictions.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and full refund within 30 days of receiving the product. The returned product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Digital content and used service subscriptions may not be eligible for refunds after use.

This website and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by TRACUP PTE. LTD. or its licensors and are protected by Singapore and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You must not:

In no event shall our total liability for any claims under these terms exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, or $100 USD (whichever is greater).

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules then in effect. The place of arbitration shall be Singapore, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
